IT and Everything Digital
Information Technology is one of my first and greatest loves. I first taught myself the ropes. Eventually, I committed to a specialized program once I had my engineering degree in hand.
And a good thing I did!
This allowed me to pursue a wonderful professional path in a hyper-dynamic and stimulating sector.
This passion has never left me, and I nurture it daily in various forms.
I love putting it at the service of people, whoever they may be.
I enjoy passing on my knowledge and helping you learn and progress within the digital world.
I am able to work for you on a wide range of subjects, from:
- the "low-level layers" (systems and networks, telecommunications, Internet…)
- to the "high-level layers" (applications, software, Web, software development…) and
- their practical uses (e-commerce, customer relations, content management, blogs, forums, teleconferencing…)
What sets me apart?
- My ability to
quickly graspthe stakes. - My
eclecticism. 1 - My taste for
a job well done. - My ingenuity in finding solutions.
- My sense of relevance—cost-effective and long-term.
- My open-mindedness.
- My ability to adapt.
"You are my 'IT-magician'."
"You are extraordinary. I don't know what I would do if you weren't here."
"If only we had done what you recommended 5 years ago!"
Dog Wellness and Training
There is so much to be done to improve the fate of these poor pups, who are so poorly regarded and so mistreated, isn't there?
I live in the company of a well-trained, peaceful, and happy dog. 2
I love sharing the expertise I have developed regarding:
Canine education(training)Dog wellnessandLiving well in society. 3
It is you, the human, who must be worked with for the lasting well-being and good behavior of your dog.
I offer individual and personalized training and coaching.
As with all my services, I work remotely unless travel is absolutely necessary. And yes, even in this field—which requires observing your companion to better help you—wonders can be achieved this way.
If you wish to progress:
- in
your relationshipwith your dog, - in
your skillsfor your companion, - in
your behaviorsand - in
your practices,
You are most welcome.
"I remain in awe every time I see you with Orion."
Customer Relations
There is so much to be done to improve the quality and robustness of customer relations, isn't there?
I have held various roles in customer relations, ranging from pre-sales commercial relations to after-sales support, including project management and marketing.
I have worked in small businesses as well as in large, world-renowned international companies.
I was fortunate to have a richly successful experience in a booming sector. I worked alongside high-quality mentors and professional peers in my early adventures in customer relations. 4
I had the pleasure of being a quality correspondent, trainer, and professional tutor in these customer relations professions very early in my career.
I soon took on regional, national, and international missions and responsibilities.
It gives me great pleasure to help you implement professional approaches for your clients.
If you are one of those who love to progress, I will be delighted to train, tutor, or mentor you in customer relations professions.
I can help you set up a continuous improvement process in this area and ensure consistent follow-up.
"Working with you is a real joy: you are a true professional."
"The reason we chose to work with you is because, after just a few exchanges, you know us better than the supplier who has been with us forever."
Management
In management as elsewhere, it is first and foremost our knowledge, our know-how, our skills, our behaviors, and our attitudes that we must improve.
Of course, there is no point in doing all this if our methods are not adapted to our context, the profession, and the objectives of the company and our employees.
All of this is even more critical when we are called upon to occupy positions of responsibility or leadership in shifting sands or through storms.
We must invest—and invest ourselves—to become a management model and to create a relationship of lasting quality. This does not fall from the sky; contrary to what many believe and practice, fine speeches and appearances are not enough! 5
If you, too, want to understand how to put your employees in a position and a capacity to succeed and thrive sustainably in their missions, it is time to get to work.
The benefits of such an approach go far beyond simple motivations of "selling more" or "achieving better performance."
I take great pleasure in helping and supporting you in these areas, especially if you are seeking real excellence based on proven facts.
"My husband thinks you are the best director he has known in his entire career. I wanted you to know."
Professional and Personal Ethics
Ethics is the set of moral rules—established or underlying, written or unspoken—that govern our good conduct.
At the individual scale:
- the intimate "self" (
personal ethics); - the professional "self" (
individual professional ethics).
These two "selves" are actually one. Our "self," unique and indivisible, lives in a moving and spirited universe where molecular superheroes circulate—namely Glutamate, Acetylcholine, Dopamine, and Serotonin, to name a few.
Back to the individual: you, me, us!
We live in a plural, moving, and complex universe.
Each of the frameworks and environments in which we evolve contains ethical rules. They are called corporate professional ethics, sports ethics, etc.
There is no single ethics. There are as many ethics as there are individuals, frameworks, and environments. These ethics are evolving and often blurred, even when they have a recognized existence.
To make things even more complex, the ethics displayed on brochures or asserted in public is often only the small visible tip of a massive iceberg. Much of what constitutes ethics is not seen at first glance and is not clearly transmitted.
Each of us builds ourselves and our ethics throughout our journey.
Each of us coexists with a multitude of other people in a wide variety of frameworks and environments.
I love supporting and advising people who understand the importance of these dimensions in individual and collective well-being, good practice, and performance.
The key to all this lies in something very simple, which we might call meta-ethics, and which I have rarely encountered.
While waiting for "The Miracle" that would make humans beings far superior to what they are, every step each person takes to improve contributes to their personal good and the good of us all.
I would be delighted to accompany you on your path of continuous progress in this matter.

Towards a Healthy, Peaceful, and Serene Life
I have put all my experiences, all my encounters, all my reading, and all my activities—whatever they may have been—to use in drawing lessons from them.
After getting lost in universes that did not suit me and led me away from myself, I finally found my way—a path of clairvoyant, sober, happy, and realistic wisdom.
I apply the fundamental principles I have extracted from this long-term work on a daily basis.
If you wish, I can accompany you on your own path.
TThe world has known many experts, spiritual guides, messiahs, or prophets—ancient names for what are now commonly called "influencers." Most contemporary influencers use far more powerful methods than in the past and stir up a lot more hot air and cash… I am not one of them. 😉
My only aim, should you call upon my services, is to help you have a positive influence on yourself. In doing so, you will likely become aware of things that will permanently shield you from smoke-and-mirrors spiritualities and "snake oil" remedies.
In me, you will find a solid, reliable, and discreet partner to help you watch over what is most wonderful and noble within you. The only "temple" worth having: your soul and your body. 6 7
In me, you will a bright magnifying mirror that helps you see more clearly. 8
The key that opens this door is simple. We could call it meta-wisdom. Once this stage is reached, everything is much more limpid. 9 10

Even recently, I have met people working in the digital sector who are unaware of many things that seem so obvious and essential to master. ↩
Every day, I witness how foolish, ignorant, or negligent humans make dogs unhappy, disoriented, or aggressive. Mistreatment is not just direct violence; it is much more pernicious, invisible, and cruel when it is psychological. ↩
The world being what it is, we sometimes have to "over-educate" our dogs to better protect them. It's like humans, after all. 😉 ↩
Not all of them, far from it. I quickly learned to identify relevant indicators and sort the best from the worst, in this field as in others. My skills have never stopped improving in my ability to separate the wheat from the chaff. ↩
Even less so the "copy-paste" methods that have no relation to the missions of the company and its employees, and which can make people uncomfortable or even offend those whose personal ethics differ from our own. ↩
I say "noble" because that is my ideal (in the figurative sense, of course). The reality is often very different, unfortunately: many "temples" look more like brothels, slums, or dumping grounds… ↩
It is high time to stop stuffing both with garbage. 😉 ↩
Most people ignore or fail to see things that are nonetheless obvious… I use the word "myopia" to describe this state of non-awareness. ↩
Many "pseudo-wisdoms" that once seemed inspiring to us—and continue to deceive others—lose their luster in the light of this new clairvoyance. This is happy news, for we travel lighter and are far less easily influenced. ↩
Many things settled in our minds before we attained this meta-wisdom. We see them much more clearly for what they are when they present themselves to us. ↩
